A law is a bill passed by the government through various pieces of legislation necessary for the same thing that eventually becomes law. Therefore, a law is the representation of the law established by the government. In India, the legislative steps that must be taken for a law to become law are that it must be passed by the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha and ultimately receive the approval of the president. Section 3. This article is invalid unless it has been ratified as a constitutional amendment by the legislators of the various states within seven years of the introduction of this provision by Congress, as provided for in the Constitution. But when the president is elected, the votes are made by the states, with the representation of each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of one or more members of two-thirds of the States, and a majority of all States shall be required for an election. And if the House of Representatives does not elect a president, if he has the right to vote before the fourth day of the following March, then the vice president acts as president, as in the event of the death or other constitutional obstruction of the president – the person who has the greatest number of votes as vice president is the vice president, if that number is a majority of the total number of electors appointed and no person has a majority, the Senate shall elect the Vice-President from among the two highest numbers on the list; the quorum for this purpose shall comprise two-thirds of the total number of senators, and a majority of the total number is required for an election. But no person who is constitutionally eligible for the office of President is entitled to the office of Vice President of the United States. Voters meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for two people, at least one of whom cannot be a resident of the same state with himself.
And they make a list of all the people who have been elected and the number of votes for each person; of which they sign, certify and transmit sealed to the seat of the United States Government addressed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate, in the presence of the Senate and the House of Representatives, opens all the documents, and the votes are then counted. The person with the greatest number of votes shall be the President, if that number represents a majority of the total number of electors designated; and if there is more than one who has such a majority and who has the same number of votes, then the House of Representatives will immediately win one of them for the president by ballot; and if no one has a majority, then of the five highest on the list, that Assembly should caress the President in the same way. However, during the vote of the President, the votes are taken by the States, the representatives of each State having one vote; A quorum for this purpose shall consist of one or more members of two-thirds of the States, and a majority of all States shall be required for an election. In all cases, after the election of the President, the person with the greatest number of votes of the electors is the Vice-President. But if there are still two or more votes left, the Senate should get the vice president by vote. Congress may determine the date of election of electors and the date on which they voted; this day is supposed to be the same in the United States. Articles and sections.
