If you have already selected a roommate, we can also help you clarify the details! No written or oral agreement is binding on the applicant, agent or owner, unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement. I have been informed that under section 606B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to make a written request for full and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of this investigation within a reasonable time.
