How to Sign Ebay Shipping Agreement

Hello, I recently sold an item to someone. You paid for it and I bought the USPS shipping label through eBay. However, after shipping the item, it was returned to me. The USPS sticker says “Return to sender /tried – unknown /impossible to forw. PayPal balance is the main source of funding for shipping labels. If your PayPal account does not have sufficient funds, PayPal use your linked bank account to fund the payment of the shipping label.
